[in-commerce] Remove the SSN field in Affiliates

We're currently requiring user to enter SSN (social security number), when he applies for Affiliate program in In-Commerce.

There are 2 issues with it:

  • we doesn't show SSN anywhere on Front-End
  • we don't use SSN in any payment-related operations

I think we should get rid of that field completely.
