Move Lang Parameter to End of URL

Hi,

when using more than 1 lang, we have url build this way :
website.tld/lang/page.html

when google crawls this url, the lang parameter stays, and then we can't
perform any lang-check when user browse a page. then if an user see an
interesting text in google and clic on it, but the page loads with all menus
in a different language than his own, then he'd leave the page, instead of
having a page displayed in the right lang for him.

I propose to put url parameter at the end: page.html?lang= .
