Overview Features and Bugs Reports from WIKI.intechnic.com

While trying to migrate to our new Infrastructure for In-Portal Open Source we should look through all improvement ideas and bug reports (open ones) that we have entered since wiki.intechnic.lv was started.

Let's review all of these requests and move important ones into In-Portal Tracker ( http://tracker.in-portal.org ) so we can plan them in our future releases.
