Hi guys,
Looks like we can safely replace In-Portal's "kUtil::unhtmlentities" with PHP native "htmlspecialchars_decode" function.
Function "htmlspecialchars_decode" is available since PHP 5.1.0 and is equivalent of our "kUtil::unhtmlentities" which was done for PHP4 backwards compatibility (http://php.net/manual/en/function.htmlspecialchars-decode.php).
