[unit configs] Unit config validator improvements [5.2.1-RC1]

Now we have nice Reset & Validate button in "Tools > System Tools" section. This checks for common pitfalls, when defining Fields setting in the unit config.

It appears, that there are more interesting pitfalls, that we can check:

  • the "_" usage in TitlePresets, Sections, PermSection
  • usage of "-" in Prefix, SubItems
