Hi guys,

I'm working on a website where we use -a lot- of In-Portal translation
features, and after intensive use, I'd like to propose the following
improvements.

   1. Clearly separate Catalog section and other places
      - in Calatog sections, keep actual system, where translation is made
      using section editing interface, because this translation is related to
      structure
      - in all other places, use labels

      2. Label system in field values
      - in each text field
         - direct entered text will be used as unique value (when no
         translation needed)
         - a label using inportal naming convention (la_, lu_ or lc_) will
         use corresponding label
