View menu item to reset grid info

When developing new sections it's hard to guess right column widths and
order without any data available.
When developer changes column width/position of columns in grid in unit
config, then this has no effect in Admin Console, because they are already
cached in UserPersistentSessionData table in database.
I'm proposing to add some new menu item under "View Menu", that only in
debug mode would purge all grid-related info from UserPersistentSessionData
table.
This surely would save time going into UserPersistentSessionData table
manually and searching and deleting correct info without harming all other
grids in a system.
