Inaccurate label "la_fld_Comments" translation [5.1.0-RC]

Label "la_fld_Comments" is translated as "Description", that is not correct. It is used only once on group editing page, where it is used as label for field "Description". I think that such fact caused incorrect translation originally.

I propose to use "la_fld_Description" on group editing page and fix current phrase translation.
