  • Phrases "la_ship_" look like ShippingType possible options. 
  • Phrases "la_tooltip_" won't be used on Front-End for sure.
  • Phrase "la_comm_ProductsByManuf" looks like it should start with "lu_" instead.

Maybe other modules have same problem.
