Missing "la_fld_ButtonText" phrase on Promo Block add/edit page [5.2.0]

Just noticed, that we forgot to translate "la_fld_ButtonText" phrase from Promo Block add/edit page.
Probably there was a task, where we added corresponding promo block field and we should look it up and make related to one we create here.
