I'd like to bring up the idea that we upgrade to CKEditor (latest version is 3.2). This is the latest version of FCKEditor (name has changed). Based on the demo http://ckeditor.com/demo.

There are improvements to interfaces, faster load time and bug fixes. The new version has this bug partially fixed  INP-375 - Getting issue details... STATUS - based on the demo, it is fixed in Thumbnail View but still not in List View. Thumbnail View is much better anyway.
