Custom field cloning doesn't create data columns [5.1.2]

Using "Clone" toolbar button on custom field list only replicates custom field definition record, but not it's data columns in *CustomData table. Because of this user will get SQL error when attempting to:

  • visit list where new custom field is displayed
  • edit page, where he can enter that custom field value
  • immediately delete that custom field
