When using next code:
<inp2:m_Compress files="platform/inc/styles.css" to="all_css"/>
<link rel="stylesheet" rev="stylesheet" href="<inp2:m_Compress
from='all_css'/>" type="text/css" />

styles on front does not update properly. Seems that cache does not
catch up new version of file if styles file is changed.
