Custom Field Values Emptied when Using Some Characters

Hello,

tested in 512 on beta server.

- create a custom field and choose a list option (drop down, multiselect or
radio button)

- enter any kind of list, 1 or 2 value is enough

if one of the value contains "=" sign, all value list is droped when saving
the field.

you can see in test field I've created in Directory module, that it accepts
a lot of weird characters, it seems that only equal sign break the system.
