[cms] Wrong "page revision history" dropdown position [5.2.2-B2]

When "Enable Revision Control for Section Content" setting is enabled, then each page change is saved under a dedicated revision and it's possible to approve/decline/go back to each change.

On the image above the revision dropdown (with 1 revision inside it) is not position under "History" toolbar button as it should. This happens because user, who is viewing the toolbar doesn't have full permission set and therefore some buttons are hidden from toolbar. However revision dropdown position doesn't adjust automatically to "History" toolbar button position, but is rather hardcoded in CSS.
