Both "advanced" theme and Admin Console of In-Portal are using jQuery 1.4 version. With new web browser versions coming out all them it's hard to figure out why some stuff broke. And after upgrading a jQuery it's magically fixed.

Better upgrade now, rather, then trying to debug mystical problems in code.
