FormManager double-escaped not translated phrases

Every non-translated phrase in debug mode is converted to a link, that allows to instantly translate it.

However I've noticed, that FormManager also escapes these links (to be JSON-friendly) and this in fact breaks them when the appear on a page. This happens with non-translated field validation error phrases.
