[in-bulletin] Broken "My Preferences" page [5.2.2-B1]

While mass-fixing notices for "Home > My Account > Privacy" page in  INP-1479 - Getting issue details... STATUS  task we've accidentally totally damaged "Home > My Account > Forums" page and now it looks like this:

Solution

  1. fix the "user-profile:Field" tag to support user preferences of any type (right now only supported checkboxes)
