The typical affiliate link looks like this: http://www.website.tld/index.php?affiliate=MA980TLV2XV, which is absolutely fine when Mod-Rewrite mode is disabled. However when it's enabled then both affiliate links (shown in Admin Console on affiliate editing and on Front-End) should lose "index.php" part and look like this instead: http://www.website.tld/?affiliate=MA980TLV2XV
