The Jenkins integration was created some time ago, where on each commit Jenkins build happens and then it reports back to commit in Phabricator:
- JIRA Issue: INP-1427 - Getting issue details... STATUS
- Phabricator Commit: http://qa.in-portal.org/rINP16205
- Jenkins Build: http://ci.in-portal.org/job/in-portal-52x/10/
This however have no effect on "CI Builds" tab on JIRA issue, because it's empty.
Solution
Find how Jenkins is supposed to be integrated with JIRA and configure that.
