Create Admin Console dashboard

In previous In-Portal versions (before 5.x) we've had a Dashboard in In-Portal that showed all important events across all Admin Console. We've removed it because it needed a major redesign. Some time after then we've created "System Tools" section which had right design.

Maybe we should think about bringing dashboard back. Any thoughts on what can be on the dashboard? Keep in mind though that it should be very configurable (layout elements) and each module can add it's own items in various places.
