Script "clear_cache.sh" located under Tools folder is not Deleting Debug files after recent change in 

Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
 task, when Debug files have moved under /system/.restricted folder.
