Solve inconsistent indentation issues [5.2.2-B1]

The indentation of 1 TAB symbol per indentation level is what should be used in In-Portal code and templates.

The problem is that in a quite a few places combination of SPACEs and TABs is used for indentation and it's not easy to spot them considering that visually 4 spaces and 1 tab look the same. This is only possible, when searching for 4 spaces specifically with "Show Whitespaces" option enabled in IDE:

Solution

  1. search for 4 spaces
  2. replace with 1 tab
