Inconsistent Custom Field UI

While testing In-Portal 5.2.1-RC1 release we've discovered some inconsistencies in Custom Field Configuration UI:

Required field inconsistency

If custom field is set as "required" and at same time isn't set to be displayed on General tab, then new item (e.g. category, product) creation fails with no error displayed on a page. This happens, because required custom field isn't displayed on General tab during item adding but still is checked during form submission.

Required setting inconsistency

Field "Field Prompt" on custom field configuration isn't required but is used to display custom field in Admin Console. When not entered, then field label isn't shown during item editing and also in error message.

On the contrary field "Heading" field is required, but it should not be if user deliberately wants all custom fields to meld together with regular form fields.
