The ".tmp" extension in uploaded file removal dialog [5.2.1]

The ".tmp" sub-extension isn't stripped off from just uploaded file removal dialog.

How to reproduce:

1. open new manufacturer creation page in Admin Console
2. select a file to be uploaded file Browse button (e.g. "example.jpg")
3. when file is done uploading click on checkbox (on the left of a file) to delete that file
4. note, that in confirmation dialog filename appears as "example.jpg.tmp" and not "example.jpg"
