In-Portal has nice ability to track every change user made to a database in
"Change Logs" section.
However I think, that when new record is created we should display all it's
fields (like when existing record is deleted) and not only it's title field.
If we look deeper into this, then we'll notice OnAfterItemCreate event,
that is fired after item is created in database, but
$object->GetChangedFields() returns empty array. That is incorrect, since I
think (as with change log) we should return all fields here.
