I've just discovered, and being able to reproduce on 520-B3 official beta, that newsletter subscription doesn't work anymore:
On subscribe.html page, when I click "Yes", the page simply reloads, instead of redirecting to subscribe ok, and user isn't subscribed.

No error in debugger
Address email appear correctly in URL as subscribe.html?subscriber_email=...
