Unable to Install v510 - Wamp

I tried to install v510, and I have the following error on "Security check" step (whenever on install or installation update):
- blank page
- 127.0.0.1 - - [04/Aug/2010:15:13:26 +0200] "POST /i/core/install.php HTTP/1.1" 500 -

The first time I had the blank page, on security step, it generated the following in Apache error log:
