Blank page on Catalog Section Cache Rebuild

How to reproduce:

1. must be > 30 categories in Catalog
2. cut any category
3. paste it somewhere else (not on original location)
4. dialog (inline, not popup) appears asking about willing to rebuild section cache as well
5. answer yes
6. see progress bar moving
7. when all done blank page is displayed, but should see last visited category

Problem originates from the fact, that this "rebuild dialog" should be always used from a popup/modal. Then once finished it closes itself and refreshes parent page with a list of categories. Same problem happens also when a category is deleted.

This correct behavior can be observed after editing a category, which name/filename has been changed and popup/modal dialog appears asking to rebuild cache (or it doesn't ask in some cases).
