Fixing multiple notice types:

1. Only variables should be assigned by reference
   • function result is passed directly to array_shift function
   • kApplication::recallObject result assigned by reference
2. Undefined index: name - custom tag on shipping costs page
3. Undefined index: mode - custom tag on shipping type groups page
4. Undefined index: title - incorrect definition of "inp_edit_fck" block
5. Undefined index: t - wrong template manipulation in adm_PrintSection tag
