Right now scheduled task (or agent) execution time is calculated in
minutes. This way all scheduled tasks that took less a minute to execute
are displayed as running 0 minutes.
I think we should record seconds, which too each scheduled agent execution
time and then display them in following format "hh:mm:ss". For example 12
seconds would look "00:00:12".
