I propose we add ability to include virtual fields into changed fields list.
This will be new parameter to kDBItem::GetChangedFields method and will be
off by default (will work as now).
Task:
Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
