I propose we add memcache interface to "Tools -> Service" section. What's included:
- ability to set any site-based key's value by it's name
- ability to get any site-based key's value by it's name
- list of common cache keys for easy retrieval, like "master:configs_parsed", "master:sections_parsed"
- ability to reset all site-based cache with one click (already there)
This is all additions to caching functionality being developed for 5.1.0 release in
Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
