I'd like to bring up the idea that we upgrade to CKEditor (latest
version is 3.2). This is the latest version of FCKEditor (name has
changed). Based on the demo

There are improvements to interfaces, faster load time and bug fixes.
The new version has this bug partially fixed fixed
