Hi guys,

There are several broken toolbar buttons that have been discovered after we
implemented new Toolbar Sprite improvement.

1. We are missing Continue, Back button during the Instlalation

2. We are missing Buttons in Revisions Toolbar shown in Content Mode (need
to enable Revisions)

Please check other places for missing toolbar buttons (I haven't been able
to find any) and report here or update the task.

Here is a task for In-Portal 5.2.0-RC1:

Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
