Latest version of ".htaccess" file in project's top directory prevents file
"themes/<theme_name>/inc/styles.xml" to be read by FCKEditor resulting
broken editor. We should either deny XML file reading from specific places
only or allow this file in particular to be read by system. There are other
xml in theme files, like "theme.xml" by the way.
