In-Portal automatic unit config generator based on database doesn't set minimal field length to 0 symbols.
Because of it error message "Field value length is out of range, possible value length from to 3" looks strange.
When minimal and maximal field length is set, then message would look like "Field value length is out of range, possible value length from 0 to 3" (0 added).
