In-Portal decides how image should be resized based on it's mime type.
However BMP have 2 possible mime types (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMP_file_format):
- image/x-ms-bmp
- image/x-bmp
Only one of them is recognized by In-Portal and because of that BMP files of
1st type are not converted at all.
