Another minor issue in new 5.1.0-B1 has been discovered.
I'm getting Fatal Error while trying to approve/decline Link (or other
Catalog Item) from Administrative console. Error says:
Fatal Error: mail error: header To is required in /home/jurmala/SVN/
5.1.x/core/kernel/utility/email_send.php on line 1093
