Currently if user is trying to access a page he has no right to access he is redirected to "no_permission.tpl" template.
Since this isn't a normal situation, that user is able to click somewhere and get error message "you don't have a permission to visit this page, please come back later "Â back, then I propose we log such cases in "System Log". Through this we might be able (by analyzing log) find a ways users use website, that we never anticipated at the start.
