Nls Menu options

I'm trying to modify 2 things on default NlsMenu bundled with advanced theme:

• submenu flows over horizontal menu bar when there's not enough space (this is not default behavior of NlsMenu, according to specs I've found on addobject website)
• how could I change the drop-on-mouseover delay?
