E-mail problem on default install - v511

Hello guys,

I'm doing tests on 511, base install, no additionnal language. When I try to
modify a link, on submit I have

Fatal Error: mail error: header To is required in
C:\Users\Vostro\Documents\#web\www\511\core\kernel\utility\email_send.php on
line 1093

and I really don't understand where to correct it, as when I edit a mail, in
Settings tab, under "Recipients Information", I have "... shouldn't it be
"user's adress"? I don't get at all how it's working, I'm scared for new
users :-)

ps: I don't say anything about the error itself, as it's targeted for
5.1.2<
