Script "tools/clear_cache.sh", that is intended to clear compiled parser templates, that are located in /system/cache folder in fact is delete also /system/cache directory itself.
This creates a problem for developers, who perform SVN checkout of In-Portal and ".svn" folder, that is located under /system/cache folder is deleted as well.
