Fatal Error on editing CMS block [5.2.0-B2]

Hi guys,

I get a fatal error (see attachment) on editing CMS block.

Replicated on clean install of 5.2.0-B3 (all modules) as well upgrades from
5.1.2 and 5.1.3 - same behavior.

New Task:

*1257: Fatal Error on editing CMS block* -

Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
