I've found 2 places, where mktime() function was used without any argument
passed. Since PHP 5.1 this triggers E_STRICT warning.
Task:
Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
Ready for testing.
