In In-Portal 5.2.0-RC1 release
function kRewriteUrlProcessor::parse behaviour was changed to allow
detection of url parameters (see
Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
task).
However it still fails to properly parse url if it:
- has ?env=... in it
- has & instead of & as parameter separator
