We several issue with our curl helper class:
- we can't enable curl operation logging, when debug mode isn't enabled;
- information, that is logged isn't enough to understand who did the
request and it's status (success/timeout/etc.);
- when logging enabled, then curl requests hangs up the script in random
way ending with white screen.
