Here is unit generator for In-Portal. It creates initial unit files based on
fields, entered on configuration screen (under System Tools section, new tab
there).

Any improvements and ideas are welcome.
I suppose that such features will also prove useful, once implemented:
- code for automatic filling CreatedOn, CreatedById, ModifiedOn,
ModifiedById fields (php)
- code for Move Up/Down functionality using PriorityEventHandler (php,
template)
