Icon "icon24_help.png" is missing. This icon is used as icon place holder
for holder for tree sections, that doesn't have their own icons (icon is specified, but
is but is not found on disk). As start you can you gif variant and remove blue fade
stuff fade stuff around it. Or there could be an entirely new icon for this case. In
any In any case such icon should indicate, that developer forgot to place icon on
disk.
