Phrase "la_fld_PageContentTitle" is currently used to describe a field,
that's content is then placed into <title> tag in Front-End theme.

It's current translation is "*Title (On Page)*", but I'm proposing to
change it's translation to "*<TITLE> Tag*" which sounds more explanatory
for sure.
